(Red Text = Parts of the CPU not commonly used in the South Redford School District)
1. Power Suply (Where the Power Cable plugs into the CPU)
2. Serial Port (Used for transfering data from one device to the CPU)
3. Parallel Port (Sometimes used for Printers or Scanners)
4. Mouse and Keybord Ports (Green = Mouse Port which is typically not used. Purple = Keybord Port)
5. Audio Ports (Blue = Speaker/Audio Port. Green = Microphone Port which is typically not used)
6. AVG Port (Blue = AVG (Monitor Cord) is plugged in here)
7. Ethernet Port (The Ethernet Port is where the cable that is used to access the internet/network is plugged in)
8. USB Ports (Typically where the Mouse and Printer are plugged in. Also for USB Flash Drives)

#1 (Make sure the power cord is plugged in all the way to the CPU. Also make sure is connected to a live power source)

#4 (The purple cord shown above is the cord for the keybord. Both the cord and outlet are color coded and have the same color.)
